On the hunt for a great delicacy, which is hiding on the sand banks of Fanoe Island, 0.75 miles away from the east coast, you will be told interesting facts about oysters and their exciting way to the Wadden Sea.  

Back on the Beach Fanø Oyster King (Jesper Voss) will show you some of the ways of preparing and eating Oyster, raw as well as grilled and we will enjoy a glas of whitewine. You will also yourself get a chance to learn the art of opening an Oyster and how to prepare them.  

Rubber boots are required as the tour is done on foot on the tidal waters of Wadden Sea.

Please bring a backpack, bucket etc. in order to collect your oysters.
